and how many anymore posts to fulfill the required posts?
can i accumulate?

When did you sign up? or recieve hosting..

Take the number and keep track. It is monthly. And you do not need to know the specs. No shared host tells you that

simply.. i choose cow plan so i must make 15 posts

just look at how many you've had last month and keep a running total.

You can also visit your forum profile - http://www.niftyhost.us/support/user-421.html - and then click on "Find all posts" link - http://www.niftyhost.us/support/search.p...er&uid=421 - this will show you the list of all your posts, 20 on a page for default. In right column you have dates, so it's quite easy to count if you operate in a range of dosens.
