Take the number and keep track. It is monthly. And you do not need to know the specs. No shared host tells you that

simply.. i choose cow plan so i must make 15 posts
how do you know the total of my posts was I doing on this month ?

just look at how many you've had last month and keep a running total.

You can also visit your forum profile - http://www.niftyhost.us/support/user-421.html - and then click on "Find all posts" link - http://www.niftyhost.us/support/search.php?action=finduser&uid=421 - this will show you the list of all your posts, 20 on a page for default. In right column you have dates, so it's quite easy to count if you operate in a range of dosens.
