[SOLVED] [SOLVED] Can't download full backups
I tried doing a full backup and i can't download it from ftp or cpanel, and i can't chmod, i can't even extract it using cpanel.
Is there anyway to fix that?

Have you tried downloading it using the link on the Backups panel?
