[SOLVED] [SOLV'D] A Formal Complaint

Hello,
I have just noticed that my website, andrewx.n1fty.com no longer exists, nor do any accounts associated with it (excluding this forum account). I bring my complaint due to the nature of this deletion, without notice or reason. I also have concluded that this was most likely NO ACCIDENT. It is my strong request that a full assessment on this situation is made thoroughly, accurately, and quickly to insure no further mistakes will be made in this situation. After such assessment is made, I would like full restoration of my service account AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I would also like you to note, that I am very unhappy with Niftyhost and believe that this complaint could and should contain many offensive statements towards this host, however I have refrained from such action. Keeping all this in mind, I would like this fixed and restored AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

This has to be an accident, We would NEVER delete or suspend any account without notice or warning. What I've concluded is that it was a mistake made by Zack or a error in cPanel. I’ve done all i can to help the rest up to Zack. Once again I'm very sorry that you have to go through all this.

After talking to Zack i found out your account was removed during an account cleanup because the main page contained a broken THT order form. It had been suspended for several days prior to termination. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. You can sign up under a new username if you feel so inclined.

Great job to Lance for taking on this problem so quickly. Andrew, please do not be alarmed. I like, however, how you did not lose your temper throughout the complaint.
