My aff link isn't counted rightly

I use goo.gl to shorten my aff link
When I check my goo.gl link statistic it show 23 clicks, but on Nifftyhost is only 9

Can u tell me the problem ? Thanks!

9 = 9 people signed up
23 clicks = 23 people view the url

It said clicks , not sign up

Then it must be so that the counter did not work.

Niftyhost had a migration in the last 3 days which means it could be offline right in the time they accessed it.

They must be unique (different ip's) and legimate clicks and they need to actually reach the site, like Serial Thrilla said.
