[SOLVED] HTTPS
I noticed some SSL related options in cPanel. Do we have a way to use HTTPS on our sites?

RE: HTTPS
Well, I might not be a staff here but I can tell you if you can use it.
No, you can't because a dedicated IP is needed to use SSL. |

RE: HTTPS
Does that mean we can't use SSH? SSH uses SSL.

RE: HTTPS
SSH works because it doesn't work the same way HTTP does. Without a dedicated IP address, a SSL certificate on your site would be invalid.

RE: HTTPS
SSH, I hope you know that SSH is not SSL and not though to secure data sent from visitor to server.
It is only there to work on a server that is not located in your home or so (remote for Linux without UI). |

RE: HTTPS
You're right. I'm not sure why, but for some reason, I thought SSH used SSL...
I do know the difference though. Thanks. |
