Right, so I registered with the domain gunztrinity.co.cc. And then I went to my co.cc control panel and changed the name servers to ns1.niftyhost.us
ns2.niftyhost.us

usually, my change takes 15 minutes to take effect (each time before). However, right now I can see it via proxy. I can't see the site myself though directly.

Yes, I can see it. Please wait for +- 42 hours (72 max.), that's how long it can take before the dns is updated at some internet providers.
There is an mysql error on your website though.

[SOLV'D] Need help with my domain
How do I set up my domain? I've tried so much. I signed up for gunztrinity.co.cc as my domain. I then changed my nameservers for gunztrinity.co.cc to ns1.niftyhost.com and ns2.niftyhost.com. Everytime I've done this for other hosts, the change has taken place in about 20 minutes or so.

I've waited hours and still nothing.

Did you park the domain in your cPanel?
and if so it could take up to 72 hours for the name servers to update.

Diamons, your domain is working correctly. Look:

You cannot repark your domain on your account.

Also, you are using
Name Server : NS1.N1FTY.COM
Name Server : NS2.N1FTY.COM
As your nameservers. Please change those to ns1.niftyhost.us and ns2.niftyhost.us.

I have confirmed that your DNS zone records are correctly configured on our side.

Please wait 48 hours.
