RE: nameservers is not registered
Have you actually ordered a new hosting account after NiftyHost restarted its hosting service, at all? I don't think NiftyHost staffs will recreate your old accounts. You have to request a new one, I think.
(I don't know how they deal with old accounts. I could be wrong.)

If you indeed have ordered a hosting account after the hosting service was restored, please make sure the domain is set up as an addon/parked domain correctly in your cPanel -- unless you have it as main cPanel domain.

GoDaddy is complaining since indeed no records for your domain exists on the nameserver:
Code:
$ dig @ns2.free.niftyhost.us spinningbikes.cz.cc

No man is an island, entire of itself; every man is a piece of the continent, a part of the main; if a clod be washed away by the sea, Europe is the less, as well as if a promontory were, as well as if a manor of thy friends or of thine own were; any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind; and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee.

Nope, sadly enough we weren't able to restore old accounts.
Except for the forum, since we had backups of that hosted elsewhere.
