I'm currently living in Mexico and being from the states I'm used to very fast internet connectivity.

Same here, but let me tell you that from the local ISP, Prodigy Infinitum is the most reliable, particularly if you need to enable the DMZ zone to make your dynamic IP publicly available on the net.

Axtel Extremos promises speeds up to 100 mbps, but I have not tested it yet.

However the fastest Internet I have tried in Mexico has been Iusacell 3G (now 4G) which is an Internet mobile service via USB connection.
