Guy, i had that, it goes away in 2 days (so, if you have a wedding the same day, you're f***ed)
It's called torticolis in spanish (dunno if it's the same in english) It's basicly a contracture in the neck, which manages to affect your whole body Not sure if it is what you have.. but err it could be
