You've done some heavy exercise lately? Or you've sit in alot in front of the computer lately?

If the first is the case, then you're propably just sore (muscle fever). The best way to treat this AFAIK is to relax, do some sleep, and if possible get some massage. Generally, stuff that increases the blood flow to the muscles, and afterwards, do a little stretching, so most of your muscles get stretched.

If the second is the case, then you might wanna do a little workout (not excessively), like doing a couple of push-ups and a couple of crunches, followed by some stretching.

I donno whether creams help, but you might as well try them, if you've bought them.

I bet he is always in front of that computer so get up and run a mile or two and that will do the trick.

Guy, i had that, it goes away in 2 days (so, if you have a wedding the same day, you're f***ed)

It's called torticolis in spanish (dunno if it's the same in english)

It's basicly a contracture in the neck, which manages to affect your whole body

Not sure if it is what you have.. but err it could be

It's pretty simple, sleep relaxes all muscles! but if you really want to be relaxed, get into a bath and be in it as hot as you can take, the hotter it is the less you want to move and lessening the muscles stress

I sometimes get this... Taking a few hot showers will usually do the trick.
