I don't think it should be a matter of what the mother and father want, it should be a matter of what they need. If they can't afford a child, that's no reason to kill it. They should put it up for adoption or into the care of the state. The only situation in which I believe abortion would be okay is if giving birth would pose significant risk to the mother. There's no sense in potentially losing two lives when you could save one.
