Habitable tunnels on the Moon

That might be true, but why would it stay away?
Are they sure it won't return?

I'm not an astronomic-geologist, but I think the chances of the lava returning to the same spots, is the same as New York getting bombarded by asteroids. Sometime, you just gotta take some risks :P - Besides as said, it can take decades before they get something built up there, by that time i think they know what their gonna do :)
