Hi, Are these contraceptives going to be given away free? Is that the premise? Teenagers, as someone else mentioned, will be indulging themselves sexually, as soon as they begin to feel the hormones kicking, and they can find a willing partner. So, with the mores being what they are, and the aids virus still not curable, I should think that contraceptives would be a good start, in trying to eliminate a few potential problems.
