I am with a local ISP called Eastlink. We pay over $80 for 40MB/s download and 2MB/s upload, and we only get half of it, and may 75% of it. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I am provided, and I am soon hoping to switch to Bell Aliant's Fiber Optic internet.
