Abortion

Personally, I'm fine with the idea of abortion. However, there will be some people who will end up abusing abortion if it were legalized. Allowing it would make sex seem less consequential. People would think, "Oh, I have something to fall back on if something were to happen." But at the same time, people should have enough sense to use contraception most of the time. But contraceptives aren't effective all of the time. There's a small percentage, ~5% of all cases, where they fail to work properly, potentially causing an unwanted pregnancy. Abstinence would be the better option in the first place, but that's not what happens in actuality. Most likely, the woman will end up with a child she doesn't want. It's definitely not the most ideal situation for anyone, so abortion should be legalized. After all, people have the right to their own personal lives.
