Ok I had this awesomly cool theme that had some plugins..

Also they phishing scam was on Iapple4orums.tk NO Wordpress was on that but as you know and told me the c99 shell gives access to whole account (right?) Or my part of server..
So why did they leave I-Apple.tk alone which HAD Wordpress and run the scam on the other domain(how do I know which site was the scam? Bing it :p )
Of course they got Into it by i-Apple.tk but they left Wordpress alone
So what I'm saying is you should create a second site that doesn't have much on it a starting out etc not very secure LIKE MY SITE THAT WAS JUST A HTML -.- evil person.....
The html no code was Iapple4orums.tk but it had forums attached

And if I opened a new hosting account (things have changed anyway and sooner or later I wanted to start fresh anyway) are you absolutely sure it does not effect the latest version of Wordpress? I don't want this to happen again.

Well it is a form of money hack, but the one our server is directly uploaded on to this server. Might be the way they got in though

i don't have wordpress onmy account but i do have a private uploader, if it is password protected is is fine? but ill take it off anyway.
i removed it from my account and removed some unused files and folders too :P

The latest version of Wordpress /should/, in theory, be fine. There are some alternatives:
Drupal is an extensible CMS with an easy to customize but powerful blog system.
Serendipity is a blog system that mimics the look and feel of Wordpress.
