Okay, now here comes the 7th fvwm screenshot...:

Changes:
  • The first thing you noticed is probably the shadow and transparency. They are achieved with Cairo Compmgr. Yeah, they look great, but expensive, too. cairo-compmgr takes 33MB of memory at this moment. It renders with CPU entirely, since the OpenGL backend is insanely buggy. (Yeah, I know Compiz is better, but Compiz replaces my window manager. cairo-compmgr is at least better than xcompmgr.)
  • I got a set of OS X window decorations for fvwm..
