Hi, I keep recieving http traffic attacks, which means, it makes it look like I have a over the amount of users the server could take, please help.

I know a guy, he uses software which I dont know the name of, but he can do it on my site, I told him to show me for 10 seconds, and my site wouldnt load until he stopped it.
