If you have created an username longer than eight characters,
you need to login with another username: For example: Signup username: longexample Will be shortened to: longexam If you still have problems logging in you can send a reply here. Or go to our live support chat.

Hermes, does your username start with a number?
Remove the number. Because I had CPanel Hosting Once, and I had to remove the number to login. |
