Well, I don't know if you mean the main site or the site you are pointing to on the screenshot, but either one or another, I don't see any flash banner there, only an slideshow banner probably made of jQuery or an Ajax routine.

And being an Arabic side (think so) I don't understand to see if I had to browse somewhere else to find what you want.
