Well, then you might wanna:
- Change your cPanel password (Use a password generator)
- Don't use the same password to your CMS's as to cPanel.

Additionally, you can make use of the cPanel built-in IP Deny Manager. I don't know whether it helps, but considering it:

...will allow you to block a range of IP addresses to prevent them from accessing your site. You can also enter a fully qualified domain name, and the IP Deny Manager will attempt to resolve it to an IP address for you.
