[SOLVED] Remote Access to MySQL via Navicat
Yep, I was able to connect with MySQL Workbench too.
Just set it up under cPanel, and add your computers IP to the exception list (http://whatismyipaddress.com/). For some reason, the Workbench wouldn't really accept domain names, but to find the Niftyhost IP, just ping it under CMD-prompt/terminal. See attached image for info:

If it works with MySQL workbench, I don't see why it shouldn't work with Navicat either. |
