Using premade SEO 'tools' will most likely make your site look unprofessional or simply not unique.
Google has also said to take action against websites that use these tools/services by banning them from Google altogether! So my advice is just building a website with interesting content and share them with similair sites and such and stay clear from dodgy things like SEO 'tools'. Of course you can always use the tools that just lookup/log information about your site, I am more talking about the one's that try to use tricks to get you higher on search engine's. And even with the one's that lookup/log information, make sure you use one from a trusted source, for example Google Analytics. Edit: Added a bit about Google analytics and such.
