..Asteroids pass by the earth at different times. But I just heard something that puzzled me. Did President Obama say that he wanted
astronauts to land on an Asteroid? I also heard Keith Olbermann speaking to a very smart scientist from the planetarium in Philadelphia, who said that it would be a type of stopover, before going on to Mars, if they landed on an Asteroid, because it is a six month trip to Mars. My question, first of all, for some reason, I though Asteroids were hot, also that they were moving fast all the time. Are there stationery Asteroids out there, which are not hot? Thanks. |
