I think that governments should stay outta peoples lives on the internet. The only time they should take action, is if there is a copyright infringement, if there is an impersonation of an official, or if someone is breaking the law residing in their country. Otherwise, I think they should let their population be able to fend for themselves on the internet, and they should just stop. Like, I know some countries are now blocking Co.Cc domains, that's pathetic.
