without PHP, your site is not secure..without SQL, you would have to keep user info in files which is dangerous because ppl can rip files off websites using bots. so yeah!!

Eehm, you can make the files non-public and mysql itself is quite insecure if used in the wrong way (mysql injection), same with php (ever thought about what happened if php failed?).

i had used html/xhtml , CSS/CSS3(tried CSS3 using fonts uploaded on your site instead of the fonts on clients pc), C , C++, Java, JavaScript, JSP, VB/VB.net, VB script(only working on IE), Action Script but never mastered any just know some basics.

I think HTML is the better than other coding language, It means Hyper text markup language. It is the language that builds real website page with tables, divisions and export text in some formats, such as bold and underlined fonts.

Obviously you have never used PHP, ASP, or any other SSS language. They create dynamic HTML, as does JavaScript. HTML is static, and therefore not too useful in the modern world without any other language. Also, HTML is only a markup language, while the others are scripting languages.
