Of those, like twenty actually post on a regular basis. The rest are mostly spam bots in reserve or accounts never posted with >.>

Yeah, according to the board statistics, only 27.13% of our current member amount have posted, that's about 135 members who have posted > 1 post. Only 38 members have posted > 20 posts. - Sadly.
That leaves us with around 370 members, who have never used the board, and thus don't have a hosting account nor a logical reason to be registered.

Well we were at a time a non p2h so they could have the non required post 2 host plans
