Downtime the other day - mghq - 10-23-2010
When we went to do a reboot of the VDS something had caused it not to power back on which was causing the issue. We had lost ssh connection so we could not power it on. This was forwarded to in house people who had to manually reboot it. We are sorry about the downtime.
