Some general forum rules reminders - mghq - 10-11-2010

Seeing as here recently some people have been breaking the rules I would like to remind everyone:
  1. No spamming to get hosting
  2. No Warez.... it is illegal
  3. No asking for info on building home server
  4. No asking where to buy VPS's if you want one buy from us or find someone else... but I assure you we are probably the cheapest
Warning: If you are found to break any of these rules from here forth you hosting account is subject to suspension and forum account banned for a minimum of one month. We do not like having to keep the forums rules upheld while we also have to manage the server, pay bills, etc.

I have a question related to #3. Does this include or exclude information related to servers as testing environments (pre-publishing), like XAMPP or WAMP for testing purposes?
