Hi, im using a library PC but when i go on IRC chat it says server diconnected why is that is the library admin blocking it?:-/

Some libraries block port 6667. Try to use http://echelon4.net:9090/ and connect with nick pspman and room #lobby, tell me if it works.

well i hate my public libraries internet speed it loads for a long time then i quit what ever im going home thanks anyways
