Planned Downtime - Zach - 01-22-2012
This site (www.niftyhost.us) will be down intermittently for the next 96 hours due to datacenter migration. IPs will be changed during this process, so if you find yourself unable to access the site try flushing your DNS.
Client sites will continue to function during this outage. Only the main niftyhost.us site will be affected.

Just the location and the IP. We're moving from Rock Hill, South Carolina to Charlotte, South Carolina.

How much of those 96 hours is dns propagation and how much is actual maintenance?

96 hours is a generous estimate.
The server is now at the new location. Give time for your DNS to propagate.
