I think we should have a forum section, where we can post our feedback / testimonials regarding the host. Eventually, you could also sticky the link to the user trust site (http://trustlogo.comodo.com/usertrust/fb_mouse_click?type=1&id=c6f1c1d6060c269e425865f725188121a2ffca7f).

We should promote that link more, I think we have some pending reviews. But the Comments and Suggestions forum is the Testimonials and Feedback forum, right?

Not exactly, they're two different names. You could have a section on your main site with quotes from testimonials as well.

I was just in doubt because the parent forum is called customer support, not exactly related to feedbacks and such, but ok.
