我說的是之前那些濫用資源的，搞得很多好的免費空間都不允許來自中國的使用者註冊了！
關於ENG方面，誰都有第一次啦。多看、多說、多練對於提高ENG很快的！

Sure. It is not difficult to chat with japanese if you use the "Traditional Chinese" words, even if you could not speak japanese. The japanese people can understand almost meaning.
