RE: Firefox VS. Google Chrome - MyDigitalpoint - 08-15-2011 Let me add to the above another fact. You can run different version of Chrome at a time as long as one of them has been set up on your computer in the traditional way (downloaded directly from Google) and the other is installed via PortableApps. I have version 11 y version 13 running at a time just now. RE: Firefox VS. It has a nicer layout, and has better modifications and addons. I also like the themes you can get for Firefox. I don't like Google Chrome because it is a single-user program, and that's pathetic. Everytime I installed Google Chrome, it only went in on my account. I'm not exactly sure why, so I labeled it a single-user program, and decided to switch back to Firefox. I'm not exactly sure anymore why this didn't install on both my account, and the guest account. RE: Firefox VS. Google Chrome - pqnation - 08-20-2011 I honestly can't pick just one. I use both of them since they have different aspects and fields on which they excel. I like the little features and tweaks done to Firefox beta but I also like the simplicity and speed of chrome. RE: Firefox VS. Google Chrome - Cecil15 - 08-20-2011 Before, I used to browse the internet suing my Google Chrome browser. But lately, I noticed that it is always crashing and unable to load so I became really annoyed and switched to Firefox. Now that I already changed my browser, I rarely experience the same. So I guess the latter is better to use here in my computer. RE: Firefox VS. Google Chrome - TayneC8 - 08-22-2011 This one is quite hard, but for me, it has to be Firefox. Google Chrome is a good browser, but it can't make up to the Firefox sleek look and the add-ons it has. Especially for web coding, Firefox beats all browsers. RE: Firefox VS. Google Chrome - pspman - 10-03-2011 Wow, this has grown a bit :D RE: Firefox VS. Google Chrome - Arthur - 10-04-2011 OPERA! That's right. But Chrome versus Firefox, Chrome wins in speed. And JavaScript. RE: Firefox VS. Google Chrome - Himbo - 10-04-2011 In Chrome VS Firefox Firefox = Slower but more addons Chrome = Fastest, light-weight. I rather Chrome. It's just easier to use, too. Firefox is bloated, and slow. RE: Firefox VS. Google Chrome - fcuro - 10-04-2011 I guess it depends on the user... But for me i use both of them but usually i always use mozilla firefox RE: Firefox VS. Google Chrome - cuckooz - 10-09-2011 I think firefox is best |
