You need to get moderators who can speak both english and the other language before you start this. It's a good service but you need a moderator..

having those categories will help people, who does not know english that well (like me. but i don't think there are filipinos here), share their thoughts and ask their questions easier. but like 2348z said you'll be needing more moderator for it.
