I've done more programming in C# than in Java, so I suppose I have to say C#. Java is good, but I like C# better for some reason.

I prefer Delphi, i know you are now wondering that ... but you should know that after Embercadero started developing it, it is going very high. Also C# is easy to use easy to learn.
