I might offer the new Street Fighter X Tekken for the PS3. I don't know if it's out yet but I'm already seeing some gameplay videos uploaded on Youtube. You'll really enjoy this game if you're more of a Street Fighter fan since Capcom lead the project.

SFxT isn't out yet, the gameplay videos are of previews and stuff at events like the recent Comic-Con. That said, it does look promising. I think I heard it comes out on March 2012.
Also, I would suggest Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3, SPECIALLY if you don't own vanilla Marvel vs Capcom 3. MvC3 is a great fighting game and UMvC3 seeks to improve it! I'm all for an improved version of something that's so good.
