Offcourse there are a lot more programs that can be used on niftyhost but the one's I post here are tested by active members of niftyhost. :)
All the programs listed here have been checked against the TOS, altough you are the one responsible for any problems like getting banned etc.

Indicators:
[Y] = Works perfect.
[B] = Works, but not perfect.
[N] = Doesn't work at all.
[!] = Not free! (Nulled scripts not allowed and against the TOS)
[S] = Built-in in Softaculous (cPanel)
[New!] = New addition
(V. x.x.x) = Indicates tested version/build

You should split them into categories like forums, blogs etc.
I think Seditio is more of a CMS.
eyeOS is incompatible- not in script installer, can be installed manually.
But does it work? And I recall a guy named HiddenKnowledge installing eyeOS successfully...
