Seditio was a CMS evolved from Land Down Under (LDU) both of them developed by Neuro, from Neocrome.net.
While LDU was a great content management system, one of the first introducing plugins the way we know them now through WordPress, Seditio was developed closer to this last one.
At the very end both LDU and Seditio were discontinued and Neocrome is online but closed to downloads, support or forums.
IPB is a good Forum Software.
