I believe our most recent downtime has been because of our firewall acting up. It took me two hours of terminal surfing and fixing the httpd.conf due to a firewall issue and a server update which had screwed everything up.
Once again sorry about downtime experienced today, it was caused by our firewall. It is now taken care of.
