Please help me i was playing around with dream weaver and it messed up my ftp

sorry for the title typo also i cannot in any way reset my ip because my windows 7 will not allow it
issac, yes i have the same problem. however, it just happened to me. I'm IP banned from this site for some odd reason.
I think it was to do with my IRC Server because i kept using /msg nickserv getpass HK
on HK. :\ oh well.
I don't really care. I could care less about being banned from a Website.
Theres always proxies you know...
