Go into cPanel > Backups, and under System Backups download the weekly backup. You can restore from there.
It appears that the mobile site still works, this may be a reversible Seditio vulnerability.
Sorry if I misunderstand but are you accusing us of your site being hacked. If so we are not responsible for the scripts you use on your sites and can not do anything to fix your site. We encourage to use securer scripts and keep a backup. Use a high ranked password also
Seditio isn't exactly the greatest script to use, sorry. But it appears that the site works now. Or is this a mobile version. Not sure, but in the future, using Seditio isn't exactly advisable. Use a different CMS such as Drupal.
they got in by the cpanel

How do you know they got in via cPanel? You may have been phished. Do you use your cPanel password for any other sites?
LOL. You had a copy of your public_html in your public_ftp folder, which made your configuration files downloadable. Fixed that for you...

ThePro, don't be mean!

I hardly ever use public_ftp, it's a security risk all in all.
