I think PHP is easy to use
ASPs and JSPs are difficult
so I am not going to use them

I Use PHP As It Is The Best I Found For Website Programming.

I've mostly been using C and C++ lately, and occasionally write something in bash when I need it. Thinking of learning lua to write AI for my friend's roguelike, and am writing my own assembly language.

i use php the most , cause the reason of open source code .you know open source code is always written by php language.

you cant use PHP on a C++ Win32 App..
it depends on what you are coding....websites, Desktop apps,etc.
