What are your favorite music players?
Mine:

winamp
mplayer has done the job fine for me, both for music and video. It doesn't support ID3 2.4 tags, but that's just a minor annoyance for me -- file names generally say enough.

I completely agree with that, it is also much easier to control.

Yay, fullscreen :D

P.s. For windows my favorite is winamp.
iTunes anyone?
Windows Media Player have never let me down either...i don't hate it just because it's Microsoft.

But if i had to choose between any of the above, I would have selected WinAmp.
Edited the poll. Added: itunes, windows media player
Using mplayer all the time. (Sometimes gnome-mplayer.)
The bad part is the video playback (not really for audios) in mplayer on my Gentoo is somehow ridiculously CPU-intensive and often causes my computer to stop responding. Possibly because I'm using nouveau instead of the official (crappy) NVidia graphic card driver for Linux.
Anyway, I rarely listen to any music.
On Windows, I uses KMPlayer. (Well, maybe because its name is very similar to mplayer. :D)
I use iTunes for anything I can because 1. It works and 2. It syncs my apples. That being said, I use mPlayer on my Wii instead of an actual DVD player cuz I'm cheap.
I really disagree, iTunes really slows down my pc.
iTunes does slow down mine but I really really like it
I choose windows media player
