Huh, I can never understand why one would ever want a WYSIWYG editor in a forum system. For me it's entirely wasting space. :)
Anyway, it isn't entirely impossible to embed a WYSIWYG editor in MyBB. And I'm sure you will find MyBB much superior than Discuz -- provided that you understand MyBB.
There are some plugins for MyBB 1.4.x to embed a WYSIWYG editor.

Since WYSIWYG editors are just plain HTML and JavaScript, it should be also possible to embed it directly through templates. Several tutorials can be found on MyBB forums:

http://community.mybb.com/thread-16052.html (This method is not recommended due to security issues!)

(Keep in mind that allowing HTML in posts might be very dangerous!)
Ah, looks like this reply is mostly off-topic. Hopefully it doesn't matter.

Lol, these things are great for a tutorial, just "Anyway, it isn't entirely impossible to embed a WYSIWYG editor in MyBB. And I'm sure you will find MyBB much superior than Discuz -- provided that you understand MyBB. " would have been great already, haha. :)
