Because this would be one of the sites that would possible have to change a lot if SOPA would pass, this website will be 'blacked out' untill 19-1-2012 12:00. We started with the blackout around 12:00 today (18-1-2012) and it will last for 24 hours. This time is in UCT +1.
That's good! Obama said that SOPA is dead for now.

Although it will not prevent me from posting on this neat forum!

Well, if the bill passes, our site could be taken down without a courtcase or anything. Just because one of the big company's believe it should be.
I don't believe that they will take our site down.

It's (SOPA and PIPA) dead for now.

The point is, that if it would pass, they could do it without going trough much trouble, it would be just as easy (or probably easier) as taking down a youtube video.
Yes, I know.

But for now we don't have to worry about it. The congress dropped it for now.
They provably are coming up with a worse bill

That they dropped it 'for now' doesn't mean we shouldn't worry about it, in my opinion.
I know!

But I'm sure when SOPA comes back the people will protest again and it will fail again.
I'm confused about why you say "Because this would be one of the sites that would possible have to change a lot if SOPA would pass" how would it change?" Can you please elaborate a little more?
