Full Version: cPanel/Suspend

I tried to log into my cPanel a today, after successfully logging in last night, both using the information I received in my email. When it didn't work today, I attempted to use the reset option also on the cPanel page. When I gave it the confirmation code it emailed me, it suspended my account. Help please?
Because of an unknown cause it is impossible to determinate what is going on.

I already talked with our staff and they also have no clue.
My account got unsuspended, so I tried again. Exact same thing: my password didn't work, and the reset suspended my account.

There is an unknow issue which cause to be a lot more stuff then your site to be suspended.

We need to wait until J-Deluxe comes and makes the things clear.
I did in fact read your post. But I thought I'd try anyway, and post my result. Documentation of this kind can be rather useful to those who are trying to fix the issue. I don't know what you have told them, nor what they've told you.
Sorry about that your account will be backup in 2 days or less.
Will the password I was originally assigned work?

I'm not sure, check out for yourself, if it doesn't work, reset it.
