Having trouble with FTP myself. All connections are refused. I've tried multiple computers and different programs, nothing works for me.
Are you able to access cPanel?

Everything seems to be in order besides FTP. I'll try again tomorrow, hopefully with better results.
You can try using the SFTP option in your FTP client. Connect using SFTP on port 22 using only your cPanel login.

Regular FTP connection is refused.
SFTP connection times out.
lolwtf? Checked my info for both multiple times. Hmm.
