I use 1GB memory card on my Torque cellphone. I got this really cheap at a mall back in 2008. It's a micro one which is really popular in my country nowadays.

How about everybody else here? If you have, what's the capacity?
I used to use a 2gb mini sd card in my phone but I bought an sd adapter for it to use with my camera instead.

I've found that even if you have 2gb or more of storage in a phone, if you fill it up with pictures etc the phone will still come to a crawl anyway. The amount of memory my phone comes with is sufficient for me. Most smartphones come with so much storage they honestly don't even need a memory card.
I used to, but then the card reader stopped working. Now I just have to manage my pitiful 36 megabytes to avoid running over.
I use a memory card in both my Pocket PC and cell phone, an old BenQ P51 that has 128 MB but came with a 64 MB micro SD, later replaced with another to expand storage to 1 GB

But my cell is a basic Samsung with 8 MB in RAM and a 2GB micro SD too.
iPhone = No SD card = Me is sad D:
But I own a 1 GB SD Card and a 4GB one. For my camera.
I have a 4GB Kingston MicroSD card in my phone. I currently have 2GB of songs on it, .9GB of pictures, and .5GB of videos. It's getting filled up fast, and I'm thinking about going up a size soon. :)
I have a 2GB MicroSD which came in my phone, which is a cheap $100 Android (2.1) phone, I have only ever had 1 problem with it, which fixed itself with a simple reboot of the phone. I dont use up much memory on the card, but the built in memory on my phone which is 512mb, is mostly used up, from games and other apps i use, if i need more memory for a different app, i simply just uninstall one i don't use anymore.

Try App2SD (free version) from the Android Market.

I have a SanDisk 8GB SDHC in my LG GT540.
I used to use memory cards for my phones before because they didn't come with enough storage space for all my photos and music. But now, since I have a 32gb iPhone, I don't need to use a memory card anymore but I still use them for other devices like gaming consoles and cameras.
I have, and only 512MB, just for data.. :)
